During intense exercise glutamine levels become greatly depleted which causes a decrease in strength, stamina and recovery.
Glutamine has shown to have anti–catabolism properties that work to prevent muscle wastage.
Recommended Dose:
5–10 grams during and post workout
5–10 grams on an empty stomach and with meals for improved gut health
