What do you do for work?

I’m an owner and barber at Kings Domain in Collins St, Melb CBD.

Favourite Holiday Destination?

New York City for it’s big city aura.

What brought you to GRIPT?

I was going to a 24/7 gym by myself and I had tried F45 but I was looking for somewhere that offered me more.. that motivated me and pushed me.

Your first GRIPT experience?

I was a little bit nervous coming to an existing business with a lot of new people, but everyone was really friendly and I’ve been abe to make some really good new friends with the girls in Volumize.

Your weekly routine?

I do 4 Volumize sessions each week – 2 lower body and 2 upper body. I also do 1 Energize session to keep the fitness up. I also catch up with Jack on a fortnightly basis for nutrition coaching where he does calliper testing and adjusts my meals for me including calories. It has been an interesting learning experience getting to understand how my metabolism works and the importance of absorbing food.

What changes have you seen?

I’ve dropped 5% body fat and I’m look to drop another 4%.

What makes you keep coming back?

Seeing results. I’m not measuring on the scales at home, but I can see it in my body and feel it when I put on my clothes.

Do you have any advice for other women out there?

Stop running and get into the gym and lift weights – you’ll never want to run again
