HYPER is GRIPT's semi-private men's program — capped at 8 members per session, based on progressive weight training and expert coaching. Every member is allocated a position, and follows a structured program, supported by expert coaching and surrounded by a tight-knit group of driven men who will elevate your training, your body, and your health.

This isn't a group fitness class. This isn't a generic gym membership. This is a program with a coach, a structure, and a process — designed to build muscle, increase strength, and get you in the best shape of your life.
